Reward Programme Rules

These rules apply to any match for which the app shows that rewards are offered. They are part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Who can take part

• Signed-in users aged 18 or above, on free or paid plans, in matches where rewards are switched on.
• The programme may be unavailable in some places where the law restricts it. If it is not available to you, the app will tell you.
• One account per person. Employees and people connected to running the programme may not take part.

2. How rewards are decided

• After a match is complete, the real scorecard is entered and fantasy points are calculated for every player using one fixed points table, and then for every team.
• Where you have built more than one team for the match, only your highest-scoring team counts. You appear once in the ranking.
• Users are ranked by points. If users have equal points they share the same rank, and the next rank is skipped.
• The reward for a rank comes from the prize bands we set for that match. The bands are announced in advance in the app.

3. What you receive

• A digital gift voucher from a third-party provider, shown in the app. We do not pay cash or transfer money to bank or UPI accounts.
• The voucher is governed by the provider's and the brand's own terms, including where and how it is redeemed, and its expiry. We do not promise that a voucher can be turned into cash.
• Where the law requires tax to be deducted from a reward, the voucher value shown is after the deduction, and we deposit the tax with the government. The app shows the prize, the tax and the voucher value.

4. Fair play

We may withhold or cancel a reward, and suspend accounts, in cases of cheating, multiple accounts, use of bots or scripts, wrong data, errors in the scorecard or payment, or any breach of the Terms. We will tell you the reason where practical.

5. Changes and ending

We may change the prize bands, switch rewards on or off for any match, or end the programme at any time. Rewards already issued for completed matches stay valid, subject to the voucher provider's terms.

6. Results are final

Our calculation based on the official scorecard is final, subject to correcting a genuine mistake. For questions write to support@xaimind.in within 7 days of the match result.
