Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital service, no shipping

XaiMind is a digital service. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times for products.

Plan activation

When your payment succeeds, your plan is activated on the account you paid from, usually within a few minutes. You can see your plan in the app profile.

If your payment was taken but your plan is not active after 30 minutes, please write to support@xaimind.in with your payment ID. We will fix it or refund you as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Reward vouchers

Where a reward voucher is issued, the code is shown inside the app (My Rewards). It is a digital voucher from a third-party provider. Delivery is in the app and may also be sent to your email if the provider's email option is on.
